New Year’s Day will be a college football extravaganza, with six major bowl games being played on January 1. NCAA college football teams have been competing under a new championship structure this year, with organizers promising excitement through the very last games of the season, but it really has all been building to the College Bowl fest that will dominate football on New Year’s Day. For football fans who want to enjoy their favorite teams playing from a closer perspective than the television screen, we’re happy to announce that there are still last-minute tickets and premium tickets available for nearly all of the bowl games taking place on New Year’s Day.
The excitement actually starts the day before. While folks in Times Square will be gathering to watch the ball drop, college ball fans will be watching an entirely different kind of ball down in Miami. We still list hundreds of available tickets for the New Year’s Eve Capital One Orange Bowl at Sun Life Stadium. Fans can find Orange Bowl tickets in seats ranging from cheap nosebleed seats to club level and sideline tickets to watch Georgia Tech take on Mississippi State. We also have plenty of Fiesta Bowl tickets and Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl tickets available, with delivery starting December 27.
On New Year’s Day, the college football festivities kick off with the Outback Bowl at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The Auburn Tigers and the Wisconsin Badgers will be taking the field at noon. We still have hundreds of Outback Bowl tickets still available, as well as parking and VIP tailgating tickets for the Outback Bowl. Not long after that, the Baylor Bears face off against the Michigan State Spartans in the Cotton Bowl at AT&T Stadium(formerly Dallas Cowboys Stadium) in Arlington, TX. Fans looking for Cotton Bowl tickets will find hundreds of seats for sale in all parts of the stadium, in groups ranging as high as 12 seats together. At 1 p.m. on the East Coast, the Missouri State Golden Gophers and the Missouri Tigers take the field at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando. Tickets are scarcer for this one, but dedicated fans can still find top Citrus Bowl tickets on our site.
In addition to the listed Bowl games, New Year’s Day will also see the classic Rose Bowl in Pasadena and the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, with all the expected festivities. We have thousands of tickets for both games, but be aware that they’re expected to sell quickly.
